
IT'S MY BIRTHDAY!!! COME CELEBRATE WITH ME IN THIS GOOFY AND COMPLETELY UNHINGED EVENT!
I am turning 28 years old and to celebrate I want to play the dumbest magic I can!
We will be playing Black Out Sealed.
In this event all players will receive a stack of 80 cards from the bulk from the store.
Players will have 10 minutes to look through all the cards they received to get a feel for what they have to play with.
Players will then be handed a sharpy. Everyone will have 20 minutes to sharpie their cards to play with!
After 20 minutes all players will put down the sharpies.
Everyone will then have about 15 minutes to finish building their decks to play.
Players will be paired rounds based off how many players we have. the more people we have the more rounds we will have.
There will be no prizes for this event but everyone will keep their cards from their original 80 cards.
Rules for blacking out will apply!
-NO SLURS (anyone trying to get by with slurs will be removed from the event and banned from the store for 2 weeks)
- All triggered or activated abilities must have a way to be triggered or activated or they will not do so at all.
-Players may black out just about anything but will not be able to add anything to the cards. What is written is what you have to work with.
-Players may black out Mana Values but may not erase the value completely. ALL CARDS MUST HAVE A PRICE, unless they were originally printed that way.
-You may only black out pips OR generic mana you may not cross off both on a card.
-When a number for an ability is not specified it will be considered 1.
-These rules can be adjusted and updated as needed this is still very new and there arent a ton of rules set in place.

Returns 
 Our refund policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 
 
 To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 
 
 Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.
- Any item sold used
 - Gift cards 
 - Foods and Drinks
- Any Trading Card Game materials, (IE. Pokemon, Magic: the Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh!, etc)
- Event entries (Entries on events without attendance limitations may be returned for store credit, but only until 2 hours before the event starts)
 
 To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 
 Please, do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
In-store Refunds (if applicable)
In-store purchases require an in-store return.
Once you bring in your return we will inspect it.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed.
All returns will be made in the same tender used for purchase. If you used a debit or credit card for purchase, then you will need to have it present for the return.
All qualified returns are welcome to opt for store credit instead of cash or debit/credit repayment.
 
Online Refunds (if applicable) 
 To return your product, you should mail your product to: ProSoul Games, LLC., 230 S Oregon St, Ontario OR 97914, United States
 You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
 If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
 If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
If you fail to pick up a purchased and held item within 45 days the item and product will be forfiet.  
 
 Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
 If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
 Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
 Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 
 If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at psg.ontario.or@gmail.com. 
 
 Sale items (if applicable) 
 Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 
 
Not responsible for damage
 We do not replace items if they are defective or damaged.
